Moorings include combinations of 1) RBR Concerto CTDs with temperature, conductivity, and pressure sensors; 2) StarOddi CTs with temperature and conductivity sensors; and 3) Lowell TCM-1 Tilt Current meters with MAT-1 Data Loggers for velocity and bearing. In addition, during BLE LTER's annual sampling, water column physiochemical parameters (chlorophyll a, dissolved oxygen, phycoerythrin concentration, pH, temperature, conductivity, salinity) are measured by hand with a YSI data sonde at river, lagoon, and open ocean sites along the Beaufort Sea coast. Here we provide both raw and quality controlled in situ mooring data, the R scripts used for processing, and all YSI sonde data plus a subset used to calibrate and validate the in situ mooring data.\n\ncdm_data_type = Point\nVARIABLES:\nstation (Station_ID)\ntime (Date Time, seconds since 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z)\nstation_name\nlatitude (degrees_north)\nlongitude (degrees_east)\ninstrument\nrecalibrated_parameters\nconductivity_uS_cm (Sea Water Electrical Conductivity, us/cm)\ntemperature (°C)\nsalinity (Sea Water Practical Salinity, PSU)\natmospheric_pressure (dbar)\nsea_pressure_dbar (dbar)\ndepth_m (Depth, m)\nspeed_of_sound_m_s (m/s)\nspecific_conductivity_uS_cm (Sea Water Electrical Conductivity, us/cm)\ndensity_anomaly_g_cm3 (g/cm3)\nflags_condsal\nflags_temperature\nhabitat_type\n https://erddap.emodnet-physics.eu/erddap/metadata/fgdc/xml/COINS_Arctic_CTD_LTER_fgdc.xml https://erddap.emodnet-physics.eu/erddap/metadata/iso19115/xml/COINS_Arctic_CTD_LTER_iso19115.xml https://erddap.emodnet-physics.eu/erddap/info/COINS_Arctic_CTD_LTER/index.htmlTable https://portal.edirepository.org/nis/metadataviewer?packageid=knb-lter-ble.3.1 (external link) http://erddap.emodnet-physics.eu/erddap/rss/COINS_Arctic_CTD_LTER.rss https://erddap.emodnet-physics.eu/erddap/subscriptions/add.html?datasetID=COINS_Arctic_CTD_LTER&showErrors=false&email= Beaufort Lagoon Ecosystems LTER COINS_Arctic_CTD_LTER
