The UHSLC provides an independent quality assessment of the time series and makes FD data available within 4-6 weeks of collection. This is a \"fast\" turnaround time compared to Research Quality (RQ) data, which are available on an annual cycle after a level 2 quality assessment. RQ data replace FD data in the data stream as the former becomes available.
